She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Hammond and Karlla Hammond; her daughters, Jenifer Gillespie Jacobsen and Melodi Jo Brown; and the parents of child, Dean and Karlla Hammond.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Middleton of Sandy Utah; her children, Weston Gillespie (Christan) of Kamas, Kortnee Heise (Julio) of Herriman and McKenzie Stevens (Briana) of Sandy, Utah.; her mother-in-law Susan Middleton; and her siblings, Karlla Peterson of Grantsville, Willard Hammond (Linda) of Grantsville, Dane Hammond (Tamera) and Marty Hammond (Lori) of Elko, Nevada.. She is also survived by 13 grandkids.
