He was predeceased by : his parents, Woodrow Q Draper and Blanche Yvonne Draper; his brother Perry Que Draper; and his brother-in-law Wayne Crosby. He is survived by : his wife Gail Draper; his daughter Brittanie Draper; and his sister Sheila Draper Crosby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews he loved.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Starks Funeral Parlor (3651 S 900 E, Millcreek, UT 84106). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Lake Hills Cemetery (10055 S State St, Sandy, UT 84070).
