She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pezely and Ann Bontsik-Pezely; and her husband Ted Slaugh. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Jayne Slaugh (Nathaniel Crompton); her granddaughter Ava Marie Seber; her brother Gerald Pezely; and her stepchildren, Carrie Ann Griffin (Tommie), Steve Slaugh (Debbie), Penny Spencer, Mike Slaugh (Tammy) and Terry Slaugh of New Mexico. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving cousins.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens (1950 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT 84092). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
