He was predeceased by: his father James R. Millard; his former wife Judy Millard (Sally Brown); his mother Mildred Millard; and his brother Paul Millard. He is survived by: his wife Sally McVicar Smith Brown; his children, Jolene (Steve), Kim (Hawk) of Julee, RJ, Josh (Alice), Katherine and Sarah (Dave); his grandchildren, Sarah (David), Taylor, Joe (Carly), Kate (David), Matt (Emily), Adeline and Callen; his great grandchildren, Anna, Sophie, Westley, Hallie and Ian; and his siblings, Gordon, Bev and Pat (Ray).
