He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Herbst and Helen Herbst. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Herbst; and his children, Randy Herbst, Rick Herbst, Kristin Stierli (Brandon Vasquez), Chris Olsen (Katie), Shawn Olsen (Josh Einbinder), Nici Vogler (Roni) and Kira Sexton (Steve). He is also survived by grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Luncheon Cottonwood Country Club (1950 Dimple Dell Ln, Sandy, UT 84092). The inurnment will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Innichement Memorial (1950 Dimple Dell Ln, Sandy, UT 84092).
