She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Strong Cummings and Marjorie Alder Cummings; her husband Max William Evans; her daughter Michelle E. Williams; and her brothers, Richard B. Cummings and John D. Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Kay Hansen (David), Janine Evans and Gregg William Evans (Laura); her grandchildren, Rebecca Chamberlain (Alan), Kimberly K. Hansen, Emily Bean (Jordan), Elizabeth L. Hansen, Jennifer Nishiguchi, Valerie N. Bradshaw (Michael), Michael B. Nishiguchi, Jessica N. Ames (Benjamin), Charlotte M. Evans and Bartholomew W. Evans; her siblings, Jean Cummings Heyrend and Bruce Cummings (JoAnn); and her caregiver Kate. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
