He was predeceased by: his wife Kae Curtis; his daughter Shelby Curtis; his granddaughter Abbi Curtis; and his parents, Kenneth Curtis and Relia Curtis.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Curtis (Debby), Stefanie Stringham (Quentin), Matthew Curtis (Lisa), Jeremy Curtis (Amy) and Emily Curtis. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
He slipped away peacefully after a battle with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
