He was predeceased by: his parents, Regnal M. Turner and Viona Kenney Turner; his sister Janett Wright (Jan); and his great grandchild Eric Oligario. He is survived by: his daughters, Janell Overturf (Terry) and Debra Chaille Ethington (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Kristy Overturf-Lacy, Melissa Morandy (Tina), Wendy Tuckett (Tron) of Stacey Haslam, CJ, Logan Ethington (Trish), Devon Ethington (Nicole), Ethan Ethington (Mackenzie) and Zac Ethington (Tori). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
