He was predeceased by : his parents, William Terrell and Glenyce Newman Evans; his sister Dorothy; and his stepmother Naomi. He is survived by : his wife Anna Lee Evans; his daughters, Denese Saville (Cliff Saville) and Caprice Post (Thomas Post); and his grandchildren, Emma Post, Sophia Post, AJ Bates (Karly) and Mathew Bates (Autumn).
