He was predeceased by: his parents, Golden LeRoy Berrett and Caroline Kimball; his son Andrew; and his siblings, Marilyn, Sherrell, Vaughn and Chad.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Richards; his children, Bryan, Amy Leslie (Brandon) and Riley (Joanna); and his siblings, Golden (Connie), Carolyn (Mick) and Brenda (Dan). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
