He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Rowley Wade and Emily Maria Ashby; his siblings, Helen, Robert, Betty and Alton; and his great grandchildren, Boston and Baylor Thaxton.
He is survived by: his wife LeAnn Littlewood; his daughters, LuAnn Thaxton (Lance), Nancy Wade (Salt Lake City), Shawna Manning (Sean) and Sherrie Eggenberger (Scott); and his brother Reed Wade of Lehi. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
