It is with sadness that the passing of Maxine C Fawcett (Sandy, Utah) is shared. Maxine, born on February 14, 1932, passed away on August 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Cramer and Lillian Drown; her siblings, Beverly, Lucille, Geraldine and LaDrue; her husband Verlin Fawcett; and her daughter Michele.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon Staley (Raymond), Deidra Trujillo (Patrick) and Lamont Fawcett; and her grandchildren, Troy Barnard, Amber Pehrson (Jeff), Angelia McCleve (Jayson), Cory Staley (Stephenie), Crystal Patrick, Kyle Staley (Shawna), Jade Trujillo (Mike Regier) and Jessica Fawcett. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Utah Democratic Party in honor of Maxine and the political values she held throughout her life.
