It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michelle Jeannette Delaney Kiser (Sandy, Utah), born in Escondido, California, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Francis Delaney, Jr. and Penelope Jean Syper; her husband Dr. Scott Kiser; her daughters, Hannah Minter (Allen), Rebekah, Helen and Adah; her brother Thomas F Delaney III; and her nephew Thomas F Delaney IV.
