He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Hulsey (Jason) and Chelsie Scott; his grandson Brendon Hulsey; and his siblings, Jamie Kay (Michael), Elizabeth Diamond (Richard), Russell Scott (Jennifer) and Angela Johnson (Steven). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
