We announce the death of Perry LaVern Fredrickson (Sandy, Utah), who passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 85. Perry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Perry’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Hulse; and his children, Melanie Blackburn (Brett), Michele Wickens (Mike), Carolyn Christensen (Curtis), Charlene Fredrickson, MarJean Elder, Andrew Fredrickson (Shar), Denise St. Clair and Nicole Fredrickson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Perry's name to Primary Children's Hospital.
