He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Spilker and Alice Weiss Spilker; and his siblings, Elva Caldwell, Melvin Spilker and Ellen Fellows.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Christensen; his children, Karen Conder (Craig), Brian (Michelle), Michael (Tina), Kenny (Oyuki) and Diane Weeks (Todd); and his brothers, Don (Rene) and Frank (Kathy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
