He is survived by: his children, Jason (Rachael), Mark (Kim), Amy Beecher-Fitzpatrick (Justin), Jenny and Matthew (Stephanie); and his siblings, Steven (Joelyn), Susan Berg (Steven), Bryce (Danna), Don (Theresa) and Deann Jensen (Carl). He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
