He was predeceased by: his daughter Lezlee (June). He is survived by: his close friend June Clara Mary Jenkins; and his children, Richard Alma Bickerton (Paula), Joshua Bickerton, Lauren Knowlton (Brad), Michelle Huxtable (Kenneth) and Pamela Esmay (Gary). He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren and fifty-one great-grandchildren.
