He is survived by: his wife Steffeny Johnson; his sons, Richard Cameron, David Sean (Jenn) and Jeffrey Brian Fazzio-Lawrence (Vinnie); his grandchild Shannon Atkinson; his siblings, Linda Baxter, Ron Fazzio, Bob Fazzio (Cheryl), Dorothy Fazzio and Cheri Cosner (Brad); and his brother-in-law Kris Johnson (Tami). He is also survived by five grandsons and one granddaughter.
