He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Bulkley (Hunter Jones); his mother Olive Bulkley; and his siblings, Evelyn Wood (Jeff Wood), Michelle Woodall (Shane Woodall) and Bill Bulkley (Laurie Bulkley). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
