He was predeceased by: his parents, Etta Robison Forsyth and Clell Forsyth; and his significant other Ruth Janeen White. He is survived by: his children, Terry (Renae), JoAnn (Ed), Allison (Bob), Michael (Teresa) and John (Kenna); his siblings, Chris (Craig), Patricia Muir, Diann Peck and William Forsyth (Bill); his brother-in-law Jerry Peck; his daughter Shereen Forsyth Christensen; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Forsyth. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens (1950 Dimple Dell Ln, Sandy, UT 84092). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
