He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Elizabeth Eatough Fowler Hone and Frances J. S. Fowler; his daughter Paula Fowler-Paurley (Charls) of Kalispell, MT; his grandchildren, Amiee Palmatier, Robert Palmatier, John Hicks (Jen), Michael Hicks, Teresa Martinez (Justina), Ben Holt, Wes Fowler-Johnson, Tilynn Montalvo, Shawntel Montalvo, Chrissy Halverson (Dalton), Alexis Hoggan and Markie Hoggan; his wife Deloris Fowler; and his stepson Stephen Peterson. He was also cherished by 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
