She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandra Ball Ainsworth and Bryant Joseph Ainsworth; her stepfather Lynn Anderson; her brother Kim Ainsworth; and her significant other Vance Hilton.
She is survived by: her children, Cody Buckingham (Tara Buckingham) and Cheylynn Buckingham (Tyler Holland); her siblings, Wendy Buckingham (Larry Buckingham) and Todd Ainsworth; and her stepdaughters, Cathy, Alicia, Tonya and Sandy. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
