He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hawkins and Effie Hawkins (Labram); and his wife Janet Eileen (Bowyer). He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Wendy), Mark, David (Jo Ann), John (Heather) and James (Deanna).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints - Amaryllis (949 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT 84094). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (949 E 10600 S, Sandy, UT 84094). A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Mountain View Cemetery (3115 Bengal Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121).
