He was predeceased by: his father Dennis William Payne; his brother Rocky Dennis Payne; and his granddaughter Lexi Marie Dickens. He is survived by: his mother Marie Payne; his wife Lisa Payne; his children, Denise Dickens (Robert), Daniel Payne (Desarae), Austin Payne (Kelsee), Aubree Payne (Tyler) and Rey Payne; and his grandchildren, Carson, Sydni, Kayden, Riley, Lincoln, Micah Dickens, Leah, Madi, Aaron Payne, Everly and David Payne.
