She is survived by: her sons, Tyler and William Chen; her husband David Thurston; her mother Hsi Lin Bell; her siblings, Mon Hsian Liu, Jacqueline Bell and Johnnie Bell (Christy); and her nieces and nephews, Thomas Cushing, Bowden Angeli, Christian, Gabriel Kenworthy, Megan Angeli, Mailee and Miya Bell.
