He is survived by: his father Dirk Olsen; his son Miles Olsen (Ashley Olsen); his wife Mary Ann Ewell Olsen; his children, Shane (Melanie Otvos), Tashina Chandler and Dallas Otvos; and his grandchildren, Amelia, Norah, Josie, Lenox, Skyy, Jaxson and Jaydee.
