He is survived by: his wife Kathie Ballatore; his daughters, Tazia Lingwall (Matt) and Tycee Ballatore; his grandchildren, Treydon Burt (Isabella), Ambrea Stasinos and Malakai Ballatore-Martinez; his stepgrandchildren, Natalie Petersen (Crewse) and Carson Lingwall (Shaylee); and his brother Dennis Ballatore (Launa).
