Terri Heaps Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Terri Heaps of Sandy, Utah, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Terri left this world on October 31, 2025 at the age of 66, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Heaps and Charlene Wang; her siblings, Lane Heaps and Julie Shiner; and her nephews, Colby Rasmason and Jacob Shiner.
She is survived by: her children, Jared Soderman, Joshua Noriega (Wendy), Dreanda Zavala and Carmina Zavala; her grandchildren, Hailey, Jordan, Catalina, Titus, Kennedy, Revan, Malak and Astoria; her stepparents, Merlynne Heaps and Björn Wang; her brother Corey Heaps (Carolyn); and her brother-in-law Robert Shiner. She is also survived by many extended family members including friends, nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (8825 Monroe St, Sandy, UT 84070).
