He was predeceased by: his parents, James Neilson and Isabelle Carrick; and his grandchild Mischa Clone Neilson. He is survived by: his children, Michael Thomas Neilson, Lisa Michelle Powers (Mike Justesen) and Timothy Dale Neilson (Tricia Neilson); his grandchildren, Joshua James Betts, Brandon Michael Schnars (Paige Schnars), Logan Timothy Neilson and Morgan Patricia Neilson; and his great grandchild Tommy Fischer Schnars.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Innichement Memorial (1950 Dimple Dell Rd, Sandy, UT 84092). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
