He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Clive Bailey and Lasca Black Bailey; his wife Venned Mitchell Bailey; his grandchildren, Cindy Bailey Zaelit, Michael Wayne Bailey and Eric Jonathon Bailey; and his great grandchild Samantha McCall Cressall.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Keith Bailey (Bonnie), JoAnn Mosey (Bob), Barbara Cressall (Allen), Dorothy Johnson (Warnel) and Susan Bradford (Roy). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 38 great- grandchildren, & 12 great-great grandchildren & many nieces & nephews.
