He is survived by: his children, Ellen (Vaughn Camp), Marc (Melissa), Amy Meador and James (Tammy); his wife Delores Biggs; and his sons, Quinn Biggs (Lisa) and Joe Biggs (Rebecca). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
