He is survived by: his mother Mary Patrick Neff; his daughters, Sarah Ann Neff (Brett Prince) and Megan Lee Neff; his grandchildren, Piper and Dawson Prince; and his siblings, Natalie Johnson (Shane), Nannette Jackson (Clint), Heather Neff and Brett Neff (Kim).
His work included major contributions to institutions such as Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, Timpanogos Hospital, BlueCross BlueShield, UVU's McKay Events Center and Pope Science Building, BYU, and Kennecott.
