He is survived by : his wife Nancy Lee Crook; his children, Brynn Martinez (Javier), Colin Holman and Jennifer Adams (Scott); and his siblings, Doug Holman (Cathi) and Periann Isaacson (Dan). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, brothers and sisters in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
