He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Goodson and Annabelle Goodson; and his sister Beverly Goodson. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Diane Sweatfield; his children, Jenifer Flores, Stacy Richardson, Jamie Lewis (Scott), Kamele Jackson and Stephanie Moreno-Goodson (David); and his brothers, Leonard Goodson (Anna) and Keith Goodson. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
