He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald LeRoy and Leola Rice Crenshaw; and his brother Wayne Allen Crenshaw. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Ann Evans; his children, Emily Barlow (Drew), Brent (Julia), Scott (Bethany), Mark (Darci), Ted (Julia Morris), Jake (Josie) and Glen (Megan George); and his siblings, Larry Crenshaw (Fran), Kathy Schelin (Daryl), Ginger Knecht (Scott), Linda (Rob) and Mandarino. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
