He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his children, Teresa Openshaw Hansen, Fred Colvin Openshaw (Carlotte), Carolyn O. Quigley (Scott), Debra O. Wasson (David), Reece Eli Openshaw (Amber) and Mark Henry Openshaw (Kristi). He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
