He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Marion and Alice Snell Black; his wife Phyllis Holley; his brothers, Phillip, Paul, Keith and James Black; and his granddaughter Shalese Black.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Rowley (Rick) of West Mountain, Bryan Black (Melissa) of Genola, Branden Black (Jodi) of Santaquin and Brad Black (Brenda) of Salem, Utah; and his sisters, Patricia Huff (Randy), Carol Ewell (Roger) and Darlene Pugh. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren.
