She is survived by: her mother Barbara Ann Kemper; her husband Remigio Portillo; her children, Juan (Tania), Marcos, Lindsey (Gary), Angelica Adriana (Jared) and Melissa (Treston); her stepson Damien; her siblings, Bobbi Allen (Don), Tonya Davenport (Josh), Hoss Bedolla (Carrie), Brenda Baltazar, Corrie Braithwaite (Jesse) and Carmen Bedolla; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Brianna, Kairo, Jordan, Parker, Aiden, Nathan, Jenessa, Brian, Ammon, Brayten, Tristin, Mireya, Izzy, Lia, Chito, Mila, Elle, Liv, Max, Isabelle, Raegan and Joel.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christian Life Assembly of God (1498 South 1700 West, Payson, Utah 84651). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Payson City Cemetery (400 N 800 E St, Payson, UT 84651).
