He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Elisa; his former wife Jackie Lea Canon; his stepson Micheal Canon (Elisa) of Tooele Utah; his sister Patricia Bergener of Eureka Utah; his aunt Gloria Perkins of Springville Utah; and his nephews, Michael Curtis, Daniel Curtis and Allen Joe Curtis (Becky).
