She is survived by: her husband William Cleveland Moffett; her children, Beth Luthy (Mike) of Santaquin and Ben Moffett (Sonya Wagaman) of Red Oak, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Michael Luthy (Lauren) of Santaquin, Mandy Petersen of Lovejoy, Georgia, Marc Luthy (Shaunese) of Payson and Savannah Moffett of Stanton, Iowa. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
