He is survived by: his former wife Marguerite Woodland; his sons, DeLyle Kay (Melisa) of Santaquin and Darren Kay (Heidi) of Tucson; his grandson TJ; his sons, TJ, Justin, Weston Kay of Santaquin, Mikelle, Kristena and Derek Kay of Tucson; his great grandchild Kylie Kay; and his friends, Rylie and Debbie. He is also survived by his family, friends.
