He was predeceased by : his parents, Verla Nadine and Randall Athos Johnson; his sister Rashel Johnson; his nephew Jeffrey Marshall; and his brother-in-law Richard Hebner.
He is survived by : his siblings, Una Hebner, Cindy Caldwell (Bob), Sherrie Marshall (Jim) and Rick Averett (Sandy).
