She was predeceased by: her daughter Brooklyn. She is survived by: her sons, Logan, Jordan, Trey and Conner; her parents, Sue Adams and Stan Adams; and her siblings, Scott, Spencer and Shawn Adams.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Provo City Cemetery (610 S State St, Provo, UT 84606).
