He is survived by: his children, Duane Jr. Smith (Donna) and Betty Kelley (Doug) of Scipio, Utah; his grandchildren, Julie, Jackie Smith of Castaic, Michael Kelley of West Jordan, Justin Kelley (Starla) of West Jordan, Josh Smith (Becky) of Lake Havasu, Arizona, Cassie Hughes (Chad) of Hurricane, Cristina Smith of Lake Havasu, Arizona and Codi Ashby (Kyle) of Delta, Utah; his great grandchildren, Ocean, Gavin, Colby, Cassidee (Devon), Jayden, Light, Calan, Madison, Illiana, Callie Jo, Trystyn, Chaysen, Ashton, Traycen, Johanna, Sylvan, Cheyenne, Payton, Kalila, Krue, Kolt, Star, Paisley, Leith and Arabella; his great great grandchildren, Cora and Blakely; and his sister Evelyn Weaver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
