She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Jones and Georgia Jones. She is survived by: her husband David B Lewis of Sevier; her children, Brett Sorensen of Salina, Bridget Hullinger of Vernal, Amanda Barney of Hurricane and Sabrina Barton of Cedar City; her stepdaughters, Haley Lewis, Bown and Katie Lewis; and her siblings, Bonnie Hawkins of Centerfield, Betty Lewis of Centerfield and Johnnie Jones of Centerfield. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
