He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Forsyth and Etta Forsyth; and his sister Pat Muir. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Lorraine Stewart; his children, Kim Rasmussen, Shawn Forsyth, Becky Willden, Shelly Withers, Sara Alfred, Tammy Forsyth, Robyn Carter, Tia Newman, Angela Coltharp, Amanda Orton, Amber Gordon, George Strong, Ashley Jacobs, Robert Snow and Jaleessa Allen; and his siblings, Robert Forsyth, Diann Peck and Christine Sexton. He is also survived by 45 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
