He is survived by: his wife Roseleta; his children, Amber Newby (Brady), Andrea Flocken, David Bullard (Lyndse) of Redding, CA, Devin Bullard (Patricia), Kayla Bullard and Sigurd; and his brother Devon Bullard (Randa). He is also survived by his family and friends.
