He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ashton and Dora Christensen Gurr; his siblings, Dora Lee McAllister (Mitchell), Charles Keith Gurr (Elizabeth) and Norman Christensen Gurr; and his sister-in-law Barbara Gurr.
He is survived by: his siblings, Leo Clark Gurr of Denver, CO and Anna Lu Ure (Kelly) of Orange Park, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
