She was predeceased by: her parents, Rulon Grant and Frances Beatrice Snedeger Jorgensen; and her brothers, Milton Shan Jorgensen (Lorraine) and Joe Grant Jorgensen (Bonnie). She is survived by: her significant other John Billy Carter; and her children, Jeannette Veater Nelson and Stan B Carter (Wendy). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
